HOW MUCH IS MY MEMBERSHIP & WHAT'S INCLUDED?
There are two memberships: The Lash Society 1 (Classic lashes) at $145/month and The Lash Society 2 (Hybrid lashes) at $175/month. Each package will include your 2, two-week fills each month and 1 complimentary brow tint. Receive 15% off lash & brow aftercare. Benefits will reset each month and can NOT be transferred or credited to the next month if not used.

HOW WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
Your card on file will be charged monthly for your membership once you select your preferred recurring billing date between the 1st and the 5th of the month. Membership fees will be charged each month on the date selected.
For example, if you select the 5th as your recurring billing date, you will always be billed monthly on the 5th.
WHAT IF I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BILLING DATE?
If you select another date as your preferred billing date, your membership will be canceled and you will need to repurchase your membership. The selected billing date must fall between the 1st and the 5th of the month, only! Billing will occur as benefits reset each month at the beginning of the month.

IS THIS A CONTRACT?
There is no annual contract. See the cancelation policy for details on canceling your membership.

​CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
You must be enrolled for a minimum of 3 months before you may cancel your membership. 15day notice is required to cancel membership to avoid being charged.

CAN I GIFT OR TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP?
No, memberships are non-transferable.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE MY 2-WEEK FILL? HOW SHOULD I SCHEDULE?
That's okay, scheduling conflicts can sometimes cause you to get off track. Should this happen, book a 3-week Fill and pay the VIP Member rate difference when you checkout.

WHAT IF I MISS BOTH OF MY FILL APPOINTMENTS & NOW I NEED A FULL SET?
Missing appointments are not encouraged but let's face it, things can happen. The membership fee will pay for 2 maintenance Fills per month, only. Should you need a Full set at any time during your membership, you will receive the VIP member rate, to be paid at the time of checkout.
