Studio Policies

A Credit card must be stored on file to schedule an appointment. If there is not a card on file, your appointment may be subject to cancelation. The card on file will NOT be charged until services are rendered or unless late cancellation or no show fees are incurred. 

Service Deposits

All Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a New client brow service or Lash Extension appointment, (Full sets only) we require 48 hour notice in order to apply your deposit to the new appointment date/time. Requests made outside of this time frame will forfeit the deposit paid. New appointment must be rescheduled within 7 days to maintain use of deposit paid. 

Late Arrival 

We do our best to always be prompt & prepared for every client.

Timely arrival will ensure that all clients will receive an attentive, seamless, and quality experience. If you are running late, please send a text to (202) 594- 7992. Include your name, appointment time and your estimated time of arrival. Please do NOT send an email or DM. 

{New clients} should plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of your appointment for additional parking time and navigating to the Phenix salon suites.

Late Fees

Clients arriving 6 or more minutes late for brow appointments and 10 or more minutes late for lash appointments will incur the following late fees:

  • Brow appointments - $10 late fee

  • Lash appointments - $20 late fee


Clients who arrive 15 minutes late for their appointment will be subject to cancellation. If we cannot render service due to clients late arrival, the appointment will be canceled and a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. Late fees are added to the cost of service and applied at checkout.

Late Cancellation

We respectfully require 24-hour notice to cancel or modify a brow appointment and 48 hours notice to cancel or modify a Lash Extension appointment (Full sets only). Clients will receive an email reminder 48 hours before their appointment. Clients that cancel, reschedule, or modify an appointment less than 24 hours before their appointment time will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of serviceLate cancellation fees are immediately charged to the card on file and must be paid before scheduling the next appointment. 


No Show

Clients that fail to give advance notice of their inability to make it to their appointment will be charged for the total rate of services booked to the credit card on file. Clients that fail to show up to their appointment will forfeit their deposit.

If a client fails to show up for an appointment twice within six months, the client will be blocked from scheduling any future appointments at Bella Brows.



We work tirelessly to exceed client expectations and offer quality, exemplary service. If we do not meet those expectations, please alert us immediately, and we will work diligently to correct the issue. We do NOT offer refunds on client services.

All studio product and apparel sales are FINAL.
